Terms of Service

IGNITRUN Performance · Last updated 27 October 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

IGNITRUN Performance operates the IgnitRun application and website. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, give truthful information and keep your credentials to yourself. The account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, impersonates someone else or puts other people at risk.

3. Health warning

Training plans, paces, zones and predicted times are guidance, not medical advice. They are calculated from the data you provide and from standard methodology; they cannot know your medical history.

Check with a doctor before starting a training programme, especially if you have a heart condition, an injury, you are pregnant or you have been inactive for a long time. Stop and seek medical attention if you feel chest pain, dizziness or anything unusual. You train at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. The price, the period and the renewal date are shown before you pay.

Subscriptions bought inside the Android or iOS app are charged and renewed by Google Play or the App Store, and are cancelled from your account in that store. Subscriptions bought on the website are charged by our payment provider and are cancelled from your profile.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Free trials convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel before they end.

5. In-person classes

Places in in-person sessions are limited and are assigned on booking. Attendance rules, cancellation windows and venues are shown when booking. We may cancel or move a session for weather or safety reasons and will tell you as early as we can.

6. Content

Training plans, routines, exercises, texts, images and software are ours or our licensors', and are for your personal use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them, nor use them to build a competing service.

What you publish stays yours. By publishing it in the community you allow us to show it to other users inside the service. You are responsible for what you publish and you must not post content that is unlawful, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

7. Connected services

You can connect Strava, Google and other services. What each one shares is shown when you authorise it, and you can revoke access at any time from your profile or from that provider. We are not responsible for their availability or their terms.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or withdraw features; if a change is significant and affects a paid subscription, we will tell you in advance.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries resulting from training, for indirect damages, or for loss of data caused by third-party services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account whenever you want — see how to delete your data. Deleting the account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought in an app store: cancel it there too.

11. Privacy

How we treat your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will give notice in the application. These terms are governed by the law of Chile, and any dispute goes to the courts of Santiago de Chile, without affecting the rights consumers have where they live.
